This is a new old stock component, original Commodore spare part number 391563-01. The Akiko chip f the CD32 replaces multiple glue logic chips, contains part of the CD controller and also does the C2P conversion that's used by a few games.
Exchanging the Akiko chip of the CD32 is a technician's job. You should only buy this chip if you have vast experience exchanging SMD chips in your Amiga. Delivery in anti-static packing.
